There has been a lot of talk in recent years about disruptive services and technologies that are intended to break the stagnant productivity trend in the construction industry. Could we be on the cusp of this new frontier? We might be, or as has happened in other industries, we may already be right in the middle of this radical transformation and not fully realize it. To be honest, only time will tell how the current industry changes will ultimately play out. In the meantime, the Sordoni team has embarked on a focused campaign of operational excellence with our partners at FMI to prepare and be ready for whatever the future holds.

They pride themselves on helping organizations, like ours, solve real-world challenges of managing risk, driving productivity and delivering best-of-class project execution.
We are currently in the middle stages of our engagement with FMI. The question our team faces is, “will we take the plunge to truly embrace substantive changes that will enable us to manage the potentially disruptive changes being imposed on our industry?” I’m confident that every member of our team would respond with a resounding, “Yes!”
