Regarding Form1095-B and 1095-C Availability
The Paperwork Reduction Act amended the Affordable Care Act to no longer require employers and health insurance providers to send tax forms to covered individuals. As a result, Sordoni Construction Services, Inc. will now provide Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C only upon request.
- Employees can request a copy of Form 1095-B or Form 1095-C
- The form(s) will be provided within a reasonable timeframe (by January 31 or 30 days after the request)
