Sordoni was selected as the General Contractor for Tier II Properties’ ClearChoice Dental fitout. This project had an aggressive 13-week schedule. The start of construction was delayed by one week but Sordoni was still able to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy a week early on April 28, 2023.
This was a challenging project requiring a massive amount of underslab plumbing for the air, nitrogen, gas, and oxygen lines, along with saw-cutting of approximately 180’ of floor trenches throughout the space. Interior drywall partition framing couldn’t proceed until this portion of the work was roughed-in and the floor infill poured.
Another challenge was the installation of numerous medical specialty items and the detail involved in their installation which required extensive coordination with the electrical and plumbing trades.
ClearChoice, who has 79 locations around the country, was quite impressed with our team and stated that, to date, they never had a project finish ahead of schedule.
