Sordoni Construction Services was the CM at Risk for this delivery station tenant improvement project of an existing 253,245 SF building on a 28 acre site to be used for package distribution. The facility also contains a break room, toilet areas, office areas, training room, locker area, contemplation room, janitor’s room, entry vestibule, pick-up room and a mother’s room.
Demolition began in April 2020, with construction commencing on June 22, 2020. Due to the large size of this project, obtaining permitting requirements posed challenges to the construction schedule. The Sordoni team worked closely with the Client’s team to facilitate completion of construction, occupancy of the building and the Owner’s ability to utilize the facility. The project was completed in early October 2020.
