Sordoni served as Construction Manager for the renovation of Fidelity Bank’s Main Branch at the busy Blakely and Drinker Street intersection in Dunmore, PA.
The project transformed the traditional bank into a modern community space featuring a full‑service café through Fidelity’s partnership with Electric City Roasting Co., complete with indoor seating and a drive‑through coffee window integrated into the teller area. The main entrance was refreshed with a new aluminum curtain wall to align with Fidelity’s updated branch aesthetic.
Renovating an aging building with multiple past additions presented hidden‑condition challenges that required ongoing problem‑solving and adaptability. The team also executed detailed phasing and coordination to complete the full first‑floor renovation while maintaining uninterrupted in‑person and drive‑through banking, as well as full occupancy of the second‑floor offices.
