Sordoni was the Design‑Builder for this new 55,000 SF single‑story warehouse for Forbo Flooring Systems in Humboldt Industrial Park, Hazle Township.
The facility includes a small office, five loading bays, and a 40′ clear height with racking designed to hold approximately 5,700 pallets of manufacturing materials. A super‑flat floor was constructed to support high‑reach order pickers, and the project also included an in‑rack fire suppression system, fire pump, site work, and two infiltration basins.
