Sordoni was selected as the General Contractor for the new Ken Pollock Maserati and Alfa Romeo dealership located on Mundy Street in Wilkes-Barre. This 6,145 square foot boutique facility encompasses the standards specific to the Maserati and Alfa Romeo brands. It includes a showroom for each brand, a reception area, customer lounge, hospitality area, sales offices, vehicle configuration room, as well as a service drop-off lane.
The interior design showcases branded elements that support the style and excitement specific to Maserati which includes a leather niche, and a “Blue Wheel Wall”. The exterior of the building features a full length curtain-wall which showcases the showroom floors and aluminum composite metal panels with dual branded backlit logos.
