Construction Update
There was much activity in the month of October at the Linwood project site. The generator and dumpster pads were poured and the Emergency generator was set. The Kitchen addition framing and roof along with the landscaping of the Courtyard is complete. Vinyl siding and stone installation trim continues on the exterior along with site grading and paving. Gypsum Wall Board installation, ceiling grids, wallcovering, painting, ceramic tile, millwork, epoxy flooring installation and light fixture install continues. Elevator installation is complete and the Electrical Service Meter Set.
