Sordoni was selected as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the Keith J. O’Neill Center for Healthy Families at Marywood University. The 18,337 SF addition to the O’Neill Center will include large, tiered classrooms, labs and learning spaces. The original building was constructed by Sordoni in the early 1990s.
The new pavilion includes large, tiered classrooms, labs, and learning spaces. Throughout construction, our team ensured the original facility remained fully operational, implementing extensive phasing and coordination for major utility relocations. This new facility consolidates Marywood University’s nursing, physician assistant, and respiratory programs under one roof, meeting the high demand for these courses.
