Sordoni served as the general contractor to transform the former North American Warhorse building into this new state-of-the-art headquarters building. This two story, 18,660 SF renovation included partial demolition of the structure and a 2,160 SF addition at the rear for offices and extension of the teller area.
The first floor features a glass enclosed lobby with wood slat ceiling, large double-height lobby atrium, a teller area, frameless glass front offices, training room, kitchen/lounge for staff and restrooms. The second floor includes additional offices, a conference room, board room and open office area. At the exterior, there is a featured court yard along with a 3-lane drive thru with ATM. New sidewalks, lighting, signage and landscaping also complement the totally revamped structure.
