Sordoni was chosen as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the Keith J. O’Neill Center for Healthy Families at Marywood University. The 18,337 SF addition to the O’Neill Center will include large, tiered classrooms, labs and learning spaces. The original building was constructed by Sordoni in the early 1990s.
The current O’Neill Center holds classes for dietetics, nutrition and exercise programs. The facility will be fully occupied and needs to remain operational throughout the construction phase. Major utility relocations will require extensive coordination by our team.
Once the facility is renovated and ready for use, the Center will also house the nursing, physician assistant, and respiratory programs. The school’s goal is to house everything under one roof, as these are some of the University’s most in-demand courses.
