Sordoni was the Design-Builder for the Children’s Service Center Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This $5.5 million dollar expansion project will serve adults and children in need of behavioral health or primary care and will add laboratory services to Children’s Service Center’s integrated care program.
This new 3-story, 12,500 SF facility includes the Conyngham Primary Healthcare Center on the 1st Floor of this addition with a separate entrance making it accessible to its patient services seven days a week. The 1st Floor also has a check-in and waiting area, exam rooms, and staff room. The second and third floors contain 34 offices for individual therapy and medication management, a lobby/waiting room and a fitness area.
