Sordoni Construction Services was selected as the General Contractor for The Laurels, a Senior Living Community, located on one of the highest points in Butler Township overlooking the scenic Conyngham Valley. Sordoni also provided design-build services, as requested by the owner.
The new 3-story, vinyl and brick-clad structure, includes 70 apartments, ranging in size from 234 sf to 356 sf. Also available are 3-room suites, around 500 sf in size.
Many of the apartments enjoy the panoramic view of the Valley below and each floor features either a Florida Sun Room, laundry room, private dining areas, exercise rooms, and a large lobby / lounge combination with a fireplace.
Each apartment includes a spacious bedroom, private bath, kitchenette, closets, and sitting areas. The main floor provides a large dining room adjacent to a full service kitchen facility.
A large wrap around exterior patio is located immediately adjoining the dining area for the residents to relax and enjoy the scenic panoramic view of the Valley.
