Renovation Services
Renovations were completed in February of 2017 for this 500 SF one-bedroom suite at United Methodist Homes Wesley Village Campus. Work included the demolition of existing finishes along with furnishing and installing new finishes. Paint, flooring, tile, millwork, cabinets, countertops, electrical devices and plumbing fixtures completed the transformation. Eighty percent of the work was self-performed giving Sordoni the advantage to drive the schedule and successfully complete the work in 6-7 weeks.
