Education Construction
Sordoni served as the Construction Manager for this new 200,000 SF, apartment-style residence which houses 400 upper class students. The project consisted of two buildings featuring a 14,000 SF fitness center, convenience store, and cafe on the ground level. The buildings have student lounges and other gathering spaces and was designed to meet LEED standards. Construction was completed in August of 2011.
