Sordoni was General Contractor for this 249,000 SF distribution facility. The pre-engineered building sits on a 40-acre site and features a 30’ clear ceiling height and thirty-two loading docks. A year after the facility was completed, Sordoni added additional parking to accommodate 50 trailers.
