read moreWe believe we are stronger together, as a company and as a community. To encourage and support that commitment, Sordoni works hard to build an environment for teamwork and fun. From cross-functional teams for special company initiatives to informal company lunches and picnics, we create opportunities to collaborate and connect.
A key component of our culture is the Sordoni Volunteer Program (SVP). The mission of the SVP is to share our time, talent and resources to build, grow and give back to our community. Whether we are moving earth for the construction of a new healthcare facility or tilling the soil in our community garden, we believe everything we do directly impacts the quality of life in our community. We are the people behind the shield working to make our community a better place.
