Matthew is part of the fourth generation of active family management for the business his great-grandfather founded in 1910. As President, Real Estate, Matt oversees a diversified commercial real estate portfolio in Pennsylvania. He also serves on several regional non-profit boards of directors. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and his MBA from the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
As Sordoni’s President, Charlie looks to continue Sordoni’s success in providing clients with construction solutions to meet their evolving needs. His construction knowledge and expertise will lead the Sordoni team in enhancing performance and service offerings to clients in the healthcare, education, industrial, and power and gas sectors, while expanding into new markets. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Strayer University, Washington DC.
An industry veteran with 20 years of experience in national and international construction markets, as Chief Operating Officer Kevin is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective as he looks to continue Sordoni’s success in providing clients with construction solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Mr. Bertinelli has over forty years of experience with Sordoni. As Vice President, Real Estate, Angelo is responsible for the overall management and leasing of the real estate development properties. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Bloomsburg University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wilkes University.
Mr. Cholko has many years of accounting and finance experience, having had several controllership roles for organizations within the heavy manufacturing and apparel industries. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and directing the Company's analytical and financial plans and policies through the oversight of accounting operations while working directly with the President and leadership team to ensure operations remains on track to hit target revenue goals. Mr. Cholko is a graduate of the University of Scranton and has an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
Jennifer Davis joined Sordoni in 2008 and brings to the role a decade of experience in architectural design combined with nearly ten years of leadership at Sordoni. Jen manages the Company's design-build portfolio and assists with business development and marketing initiatives. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and Green Advantage Certified Practitioner. Her education includes a BA in Design of the Environment and a Master of Architecture degree, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
Noreen Bertinelli joined Sordoni in September of 2006 bringing with her previous experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. As Director of Marketing, Noreen is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and measuring of all marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both internal and external. She received her certification in Integrated Digital Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
Maria Scappaticci joined Sordoni’s finance department in 1991. As the Director of Human Resources, she provides expertise and support in the areas of performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, policy and procedure development, and HR compliance. Ms. Scappaticci holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Computers & Information Systems from King’s College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Scranton.
