Sordoni was the Construction Manager for the replacement hospital for Endless Mountains Health Systems in Montrose, PA. Prior to construction, Sordoni provided preconstruction services which included cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and procurement. Groundbreaking took place January 19, 2012, and the construction was completed in November 2013.
Located on a 12-acre site in Bridgewater Township, the 96,000 sq ft, two-story hospital contains 25 licensed beds, as well as emergency, imaging, lab, surgery, cardiopulmonary, and rehabilitation services. In addition, one of the unique features of the hospital is a Physician Practice Suite which integrates primary and specialty care with the hospital’s services.
