Todd Plociniak, Melissa James and David Frace received their AGC CM-BIM certification. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the creation and use of three-dimensional models that are linked to intelligent databases for the purpose of construction coordination which can be utilized throughout the life cycle of the building. The AGC Certificate of Management-Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes knowledge and understanding of concepts related to BIM adoption, practice and process transformation. Todd, Melissa, and Dave are three of only seven CM-BIM certified professionals in the state of Pennsylvania.
