David Nealon
General Superintendent

On June 1st, Dave Nealon took over the role of General Superintendent, replacing Jim Miller who earlier this year announced his intent to retire and will remain a part of the Sordoni management team. Dave has a BS in Business Administration from King’s College and began his construction career in 1990 as a laborer for a Sordoni-affiliated company. He officially joined Sordoni in 1997 and spent his earlier career as Superintendent at the PPL (now Talen) nuclear plant in Berwick. Beginning in 2005, Dave moved from primarily supervising industrial work into commercial, retail and higher education projects. He was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 2012. Dave brings more than twenty-five years of construction experience to his new role and we are excited for him to join our management team.
James Miller
Director
Jim Miller has transitioned from General Superintendent effective June 1, 2017. Before he shifts into full retirement, Jim assumes the title of Director and continues to work as a member of Sordoni’s management team. He lends his expertise across operational functions, including quality control, pre-construction, self-performance and special projects. Jim began his career at Sordoni in 1973 as a carpenter surveyor and in 2003 was promoted to General Superintendent. He is one of three generations of the Miller family who have been employed by Sordoni, including his father, two brothers, and son.
