This week help us celebrate the amazing women in construction. Meet Allana Karo, Project Engineer. “At first, I did not intend to stay in Construction, I saw it more as a hobby that could save me money when I owned a house. When it was time for me to pick a career and decide weather or not to go to college, I kind of stumbled into the Construction Management major. I figured I would try it for a semester and see if it was a good fit. After completing two internships, I decided that construction was a good fit for me. I think working on the labor side, as well as the management side, has given me a broader understanding on how everything works together.”
